Merger by incorporation of FRANCO MARTEGANI S.R.L. into DRAGOTTI & ASSOCIATI S.R.L.
We are pleased to announce that the merger by incorporation of FRANCO MARTEGANI S.R.L. ("FMA") into DRAGOTTI & ASSOCIATI S.R.L. ("DEA") will be effective from December 1st, 2023.
The merger completes a process that began in June 2022 with the acquisition of 100% of FMA's capital by DEA.
Dragotti & Associati is a professional firm that has been operating in the field of industrial property since 1978, with main office in Milan and branch office in Treviso, and is made up of over 30 employees and collaborators including patent and trademark attorneys, lawyers and paralegals specialized in industrial and intellectual property.
Mr. Roberto Pistolesi, president of the Board of Directors, is CEO of the company; Mr. Gianfranco Dragotti, founder of DEA, is our honorary president. The vast experience of Mr. Dragotti and the international scope brought by Roberto Pistolesi (current president of FICPI - the International Federation of Industrial Property Consultants) have contributed to strengthening the company's position as a primary player in industrial and intellectual property consultancy in Italy and Europe.
With the merger, all FMA staff will be joining DEA’s multidisciplinary team. Starting from December 1st, therefore, all industrial property rights previously managed by FMA will be administered directly by DEA. We will be responsible for representing you before the main intellectual property organizations (UIBM, EPO, EUIPO, WIPO).
We want to assure you that this transition will be as seamless as possible and we will continue to provide you with the same level of service that you have experienced with FMA over the years. DEA will also offer you additional services such as legal protection, intangible assets evaluation and valorization and the management of subsidized finance linked to industrial property rights.
With the integration, starting from December 1st, 2023, all communications will be sent using the dragotti.com domain (*). For your reference the new email addresses will be as follows:

The economic conditions agreed with FMA will not undergo any changes. However, please note that from December 1st, 2023 all invoices will be issued by DEA.
